Christopher R. Hunt
Chris is a U.S. Navy veteran with over 25 years’ experience in product/program/project management and systems engineering. In his career he has directed, managed and delivered large in scale Information Technology (IT) and Business transition initiatives for the United States Navy’s Aegis Systems Suite, Ship Self-Defense System, Advanced Combat Direction System (ACDS), E2C Hawkeye, F-14 Tomcat, F-18 Super Hornet, Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC); United States Marine Corps, United States Air Force, Homeland Security/Customs and Border Protection (CBP), GM Financial, and JP Morgan Chase & Company. At its core, his competencies in these endeavors required proficiency in all facets of systems engineering, systems management, program and project management, process optimization, product management; ideation, intake, planning, design, and development, leading to successful implementations.
Chris owned contract performance management, budget management, schedule management, logistics, test and evaluation, resource management, quality assurance, and risk management during his tenures. For his efforts Chris has received prestigious awards from the United States Navy and JPMorgan Chase.
Chris received a Master of Science in Operations Management focusing on Business Management from the University of Arkansas. Additionally, he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Management Information Systems from Park University. Chris holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) license from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications, Amazon Web Services (AWS) certified, ITILv3 Foundations, Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program certification from MIT Sloan School of Business, and an ICAgile Professional certification from the International Consortium for Agile.
Chris is married to Georgiana “Gigi” Hunt. Together they have two boys, Thomas and Andrew. In his spare time, Chris spends time with family and friends, bike rides, work on cars, or home improvement projects.
Fun Fact: Chris has competed in a number of long-distance cycling events with his dad, Bob Hunt, including the Hotter Than Hell in Wichita Falls, TX (2xs), Blazin’ Saddle 75, Grandbury, TX, Conquer the Coast, Corpus Christi, TX, Old College Triathlon, Denton, TX, Tour De Goatneck, Cleburne, TX, and Lakes and Grapes in Spotsylvania, VA.
